Strakx is an international furniture and home accessory gallery that will be opening in both LA and Miami later this year. Most recently the unique contemporary designs were warmly embraced in Lommel, Belgium where local celebrities and loyal patrons gathered to celebrate the new addition to the Holland boarder.
Prolific Dutch-born designer, Erwin ‘ Eurp’ Meyer prides himself in the unusual and visually entertaining when it comes to space. “ It’ s not for everyone.” He states, “ When you design for everyone, you’ ve designed water.” Harboring over 3000 individual creations today and several hundred in various stages of production, the showroom and shops are in a constant metamorphosis.
Along with the award-winning Euro/ contemporary designs of furnishings, Strakx has also been fortunate enough to head large scale projects such as restaurants, boutique hotels and spas using a unique array of building materials that are not only esthetically pleasing but incredibly cost effective.
All aspects of production are environmentally safe and created by caring and concerned craftsmen from start to finish. The loyal employees are well taken care of and fully insured as are their families. ( This is quite unusual for this part of the country.) Strakx is a firm believer in creating a happy and positive environment in the workplace on all levels.
